Palm Beach Florida and West Palm Beach Florida are both excellent areas to live in, some of the most desired in the country, and this is mostly because of the endless supply of events to partake in. The Palm Beach Zoo has been a Palm Beach Florida mainstay for years now, and is home to tens of exotic animals from faraway lands. Traditionally, the Palm Beach Zoo has been a great place to spend a day with the kids on a weekend, or to tour for a couple of hours in an evening. Recently, the Palm Beach Zoo has been hosting family fun Friday evening events known as Safari Nights. This event features a new theme each Friday night, activities such as face-painting, crafts, a DJ, and free rides on the Wildlife Carousel. It also encludes an interactive fountain, "animal encounters", the "Wild Things Stage Show", and the "Wings Over Water Bird Performance". Patrons that have taken part in this Palm Beach weekly event have noted that admission and snacks are affordable, plus the Zoo is a completely different atmosphere at nights, in the sense that the animals are more active.
