One Thousand Ocean - Luxury Boca Raton Condos

Prestigious Palm Beach county communities are quite abundant, and with the return of the housing market comes the completion of newly constructed Palm Beach condos. Construction of One Thousand Ocean, luxury Boca Raton condos, commenced back in 2007 right before the housing market crashed and burned in south Florida. After the crash, some buyers of these Boca Raton condos held on while others walked away, and all the while, LXR (the developer of One Thousand Ocean) maintained a steadfast hold on asking prices for the units. The first closings of these Boca Raton condos took place in 2010, thanks to an aggressive marketing approach, which featured One Thousand Ocean condos on HGTV, in the famous Jennifer Lopez movie Parker, and even had tennis icon Venus Williams personally design a unit. On Monday November 4th, 2013, the final sale of these Boca Raton condos closed, for $2 million, meaning that all 53 of these Boca condos were sold for a total of roughly $251 million.
Directly adjacent to the historic, Mizner-built, Boca Raton Resort & Club, these new Boca Raton condos at One Thousand Ocean have a high standard of luxury living to be held to. One Thousand Ocean Boca Raton offers residents a litany of luxury amenities in a paradisaical setting such as a stunning lobby entrance complete with valet parking, a Drive Fitness state of the art work-out center, a yoga studio, spa treatment center, a conference room, a multi-purpose social room with TV entertainment, and a Lake Lounge entertainment venue with a catering kitchen. A big highlight amenity that One Thousand Ocean offers its residents is a gorgeous community pool, lounge areas, high-speed internet, and pool-side Butler service complete with water bottle and towel delivery. Not many Boca Raton condos hold this high of a standard for luxury, which is what makes One Thousand Ocean so unique. It's no wonder all of those units have completely sold out at One Thousand Ocean.
