Palm Beach is a long barrier island that is the easternmost island on the southeast coast of Florida. It is a historic area, being one of the first attractions of south Florida, originally a resort island. Much of the original Mediterranean meets Spanish architecture is still commonplace for structures on Palm Beach island, including multiple shopping centers and indoor/outdoor restaurants. Palm Beach Florida is still considered a major destination, and one of the most desired communities in the country.
Waterfront property in Palm Beach is quite difficult to come by on the public market, especially recently with sales that quickly close without having been on the market for any length of time. Recently a deal was closed on the northern end of Palm Beach island overlooking Lake Worth of three lots selling for a grand total of over $24 million. These three vacant lots total approximately two acres, two of the lots are about 185 feet of Palm Beach waterfront property. The identity of the buyers of these pieces of Palm Beach waterfront property are currently anonymous, in place are a handful of limited liability companies, as well as a New York law firm. It has not yet been disclosed what the intentions are for the future of this Palm Beach property, however that information should be disclosed within the near future.
